Open Radio Information System Europe

Radio cell identification is a fundamental tool in the fight against organised and serious crime. The openRISE project has set itself the goal of creating an EU-wide open standard for radio cell information systems and is thus a response to the acute needs of the police in the area of mobile phone reconnaissance.
